Yes, we can issue you a receipt.

You could either walk-in and have your device checked or you could make a reservation online.

We take cash or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, and Diners).

Once you bring it in we can repair it in about 30 minutes (on average), however, it may take longer if the store is crowded. If you want to avoid waiting then please make a reservation online beforehand.

Yes. We currently do not take in any requests that have damaged logic board symptoms, as well as repairs that require us to switch the antennas.

It takes about 5 minutes, and we will not add on any additional charges to the quoted price.

The repair itself takes about 15 minutes to an hour (depends on the model and extent of damage).

We technically do not touch anything that would wipe your data away, however, iCracked has no liability for any data loss, so customers are advised to back up all data prior to repair attempt.

At iCracked, we fix your device face-to-face, so your device never leaves your control. Additionally, you can have your device back and running within 15 minutes to an hour (depending on the symptom and condition of the device).

No, we do not provide warranty on the accessories.
