Parts to Repair

As per the contract with Google, iCracked will repair Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold / 9 Pro / 9 Pro XL / 9 / 8a / 8 Pro / 8 / Fold / 7a / 7 Pro / 7 / 6a / 6 Pro / 6 / 5a (5G) / 5 / 4a (5G) / 4a / 4 XL / 4 / 3a XL / 3a / 3 XL / 3 as a "Google Authorized Service Provider".

The repair will be performed in accordance with the procedure specified by Google, using only original repair parts from Google.

iCracked will repair the broken-down / damaged handset outside of the manufacturer's warranty, in the following cases:

Equipment for which the manufacturer's warranty period (one year) has ended.
Equipment for which the manufacturer's warranty is void due to wear and tear, negligence, etc.

For equipment to which the manufacturer's warranty applies (failure during normal use within the warranty period), please visit Google's warranty center for repair/replacement.

Service ExplanationWe will give you a repair overview explaining the important details and price.
Pre-function CheckiTech will check the operation of all the features on your device along with you.
EstimationBased on the results of the pre-function check, we will present you with an estimate of how much it would cost to repair the device.
Internal Inspection and RepairAfter performing internal inspection of the Google Pixel handset, defective/broken parts will be replaced.
Functionality CheckWe will confirm the proper functioning of all the features after repair.
Report and PaymentA repair report will be provided at the time of payment.

Repair Process (Postal Repair)

ApplicationPlease fill the required information in the application form to apply for repair.
Delivery of a mailing kitWe will send you a delivery kit for mailing the Google Pixel handset back to us.
Receiving mailed Google Pixel unit.Please send us the malfunctioning/damaged Google Pixel handset using the delivery kit.
Diagnosis and Price Estimation.After confirming the condition of the sent unit, we will contact you about the repair contents and invoice amount for repair.
RepairIf you agree with the repair contents and fees , we will proceed to repair.
Mailing and PaymentWe will send the repaired Google Pixel unit and collect repair fees as cash on delivery. Please pay the repair fees at the time of delivery.
