iCracked will repair for a fee any malfunction/damage that is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Equipment for which the manufacturer's warranty period (one year) has ended.
Malfunctions or damage unrelated to the motherbord caused by dropping or submerging in water that are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

For equipment covered by the manufacturer's warranty (failure under normal use within the warranty period), please contact the following office.

* At the same time as replacing the screen, you will also need to replace the battery.
※ The price includes parts and labor, so there are no additional charges other than those listed. However, the repair fee may change from the quoted price if a new faulty part is found as a result of the internal inspection. In addition, if it is found that the repair cannot be performed due to board damage, etc., no repair fee will be charged, but an inspection fee of 3,300 yen will be charged.
※ If the customer chooses not to have the equipment repaired due to the estimated cost or other reasons, the customer will not be charged for the repair but will be charged 3,300 yen as an inspection fee.
※ Parts removed during the replacement of parts due to repair cannot be returned. Please understand this in advance.
