As a “SoftBank-Certified Samsung Galaxy Repair Shop,” iCracked provides repair services for the Samsung Galaxy A25 5G, Samsung Galaxy S25, Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7, and Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7.

Repairs are performed in accordance with Samsung's specified procedures, using only genuine replacement parts.

Samsung Galaxy repairs are available only at select stores, so please check the store list before making a reservation or visiting.

iCracked provides paid repairs for malfunctions and damage not covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

  • Equipment whose manufacturer's warranty period (one year) has expired
  • Damage or malfunction not covered by the manufacturer's warranty due to causes other than the circuit board itself, such as dropping or submersion.

However, if a new issue is discovered during the internal inspection and the repair cost differs from the estimate, the price may change. If you decide not to proceed with the repair, or if it is determined that the device cannot be repaired (e.g., due to damage to the circuit board), no repair charges will apply, but we will charge a 3,300 yen inspection fee.

Repair Process

  1. Service ExplanationWe will give you a repair overview explaining the important details and price.
  2. Pre-function CheckiTech will check the operation of all the features on your device along with you.
  3. EstimationBased on the results of the pre-function check, we will present you with an estimate of how much it would cost to repair the device.
  4. Internal Inspection and RepairAfter performing an internal inspection of the smartphone, the defective/faulty component will be replaced.
  5. Functionality CheckWe will confirm the proper functioning of all the features after repair.
  6. Report and PaymentA repair report will be provided at the time of payment.
