iCracked is an authorized nubia service provider under contract with ZTE Corporation, performing official repairs for nubia smartphones.

Repairs are performed strictly in accordance with ZTE's established repair and inspection procedures, using only genuine parts, so you can use our services with confidence.

iCracked provides paid repairs for malfunctions and damage not covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

  • Equipment whose manufacturer's warranty period (one year) has expired
  • Damage or malfunction not covered by the manufacturer's warranty due to causes other than the circuit board itself, such as dropping or submersion.

For devices covered by the manufacturer's warranty (defects occurring during normal use within the warranty period), please contact ZTE.

  • *1 Screen replacement repairs for the nubia Flip 5G and nubia Ivy also require battery replacement.
  • *2 The price for replacing the main rear camera (50MP). Replacing the depth camera (2MP) will incur a charge of 10,780yen.
  • ※ We only accept SIM-free models. Please note that we do not accept models sold by mobile carriers.
  • ※ The quoted price includes all parts and labor costs, so no additional fees beyond the listed amount will be charged. However, if an internal inspection reveals new faults requiring repairs, the repair cost may differ from the initial estimate. Furthermore, if the device is found to be irreparable due to issues like circuit board damage, no repair fee will apply, but an inspection fee of ¥3,300 will be charged.
  • ※ If you choose not to proceed with the repair due to the quoted price or other reasons, no repair charges will apply. However, we will charge a 3,300 yen inspection fee.
  • ※ Please note that parts removed during repairs cannot be returned.
  • ※ Please note that in addition to the repair work time, we will need time for reception procedures and terminal functionality checks.

Repair Process

  1. Service ExplanationWe will give you a repair overview explaining the important details and price.
  2. Pre-function CheckiTech will check the operation of all the features on your device along with you.
  3. EstimationBased on the results of the pre-function check, we will present you with an estimate of how much it would cost to repair the device.
  4. Internal Inspection and RepairAfter performing an internal inspection of the smartphone, the defective/faulty component will be replaced.
  5. Functionality CheckWe will confirm the proper functioning of all the features after repair.
  6. Report and PaymentA repair report will be provided at the time of payment.
